What is the minimum booking charge? +
The minimum charge is $100 per booking — no exceptions. This applies to all client types and all service tiers.
How is mileage calculated? +
Mileage is calculated from pickup to dropoff using the most direct route. Mileage fees of $2.50/mile kick in beyond 10 miles for standard deliveries. All mileage is confirmed before dispatch — no surprises on your invoice.
How does Net 30 invoicing work? +
Net 30 invoicing is available exclusively for verified recurring B2B clients with a signed service agreement. Accounts are invoiced on the 1st of each month for the prior month's services by emailed invoice. First-time B2B clients pay 100% upfront.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancelled 30+ min before pickup: no charge. Within 30 min of scheduled pickup: $35 fee. After driver dispatch: 40% of total invoice retained. After pickup: full payment required.
What cargo is prohibited? +
We do not transport firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, illegal substances, biohazardous materials without HAZMAT authorization, hazardous chemicals without a HAZMAT manifest, or any item exceeding 150 lbs.
